- 1 liter of milk (2.8%)
- 1 tbsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 300 g sour cream
Do it:
Boil milk with salt.
Meanwhile, in a bowl, I mix the sour cream with the eggs until smooth. And when the milk has boiled, I also mix in the sour cream and egg mixture.
On a slow fire approx. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly, until the whey separates.
When it’s ready, I put a cloth in a filter, filter the cheese and drain it well. When it’s cooled, it’s ready to eat.
