A 67-year-old Northland woman, who has been missing in the rural area of Horeke since Saturday, has been found dead.
Robyn Brown, also known as Robyn Mataio, was found by searchers on Tuesday afternoon.
She was surrounded by her whānau, police said.
There are no suspicious circumstances around her death, a police spokesperson said.

Brown had severe Alzheimer’s disease or dementia, and was also almost completely deaf.
She was last seen heading to bed at her home in the Utakura valley on Saturday night.
Volunteer searchers have been gathering at Puketawa Marae, working alongside police search and rescue in the hunt for her.
Northland police thanked everyone in the rural community of Horeke for their help.
