As of Monday evening 35 properties in Mangawhai have been yellow or white-stickered.
Kaipara Civil Defence Emergency Management local duty controller Jack Rudolph said to date, building inspectors have completed 90 rapid building assessments of damage to properties.
Nine had been issued yellow stickers and 26 white stickers.
No red stickers had been issued.
All cordons had now been lifted and roads opened. Some traffic management did, however, remain along Old Waipu Road, Rudolph said.
Northpower was also still working to reconnect the remaining properties, he said.
Northpower estimated that 81 homes on Moir Street and Leslie Place would have their power restored by 10.30pm tonight.
About 30 homes on Old Waipu Road were also expected to have power restored by midnight tonight, but another 30 would spend another night without power.
Northpower said they had discovered more damage, including an additional broken transformer which needed to be replaced.
