Ninety Mile Beach

A body has been found on the Far North’s 90 Mile Beach.

Police have yet to identify the person, and say it’s too soon to say if it was adiver reported missing at Ahipara – on the southern end of the beach – in December.

A seven-day rahui has been placed on the area by local iwi.
